We are once again working with an independent company based in Swaffham, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role will see you working within the customer service team, supporting the customer service executives with their administration, as well as the administration for the department. This position would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational experience. You will be fully office based, working Monday – Friday, and 1 in 5 Saturdays (with time off in lieu).
The Role of a Customer Service Administrator
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
- Support the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by managing and analysing feedback on customer experiences; reviewing and summarising feedback (both directly and through review sites such as Trustpilot)
- Document these customer experiences to identify any areas of improvement
- Collate information from the department to be passed to colleagues in other roles
- Supporting the Customer Service Executives with administration tasks relating to their calls/enquires
- Update internal systems with information, keeping track of live information and amending systems as required
- Keep all filing systems updated.
- Assist with general office administrative duties
The Requirements of a Customer Service Administrator
- Administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft packages
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Within this position you will have a variety of responsibilities, but your day-to-day schedule is very self-led, so task discipline and ability to prioritise responsibilities is required.
